At Beco, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn garments with original tags attached. If your fit isn't perfect, we are happy to facilitate a quick exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original Beco tags and packaging into the shipping box and include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
